CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Cancellation done within 15 days before date of arrival: A service charge of 1 day's apartment charges (does not include extra person) will be deducted from the advance amount for the booking done during regular season. Full amount will be retained and not refunded for cancellation done within 7 days before the date of arrival for the booking done during regular season.

2. No refund will be done for the booking done during peak season.
